Attaches to the front of your rack for all types of cable work from both top and bottom pulleys.
Fits the 84.5" Light Commercial & Residential Rack. A durable build and 160lb capacity offer smooth reps, even when fully loaded. Each side boasts a fixed upper and lower pulley so you can curl, cross, and become a cable connoisseur. Throw your 1" or 2" weight plates on this cost-efficient option to get more for your space and moolah.
IMPORTANT: Since there is no adjustable feature to this rack attachment, the Cable Crossover can only be operated from the top or bottom positions.

If you have the rack, consider adding this item. The only thing to caution is that this adds quite of area for your entire rack so make sure you have the space. If you do, you won't regret this purchase.
You can purchase the steel pulley wheels but the plastic ones seem great so far.

This attachment adds variety to your work out. Overall decent build with only one down side. You have to load the weight evenly on each peg so it moves smoothly. I had to invest in more plates from the start to get going. Also one of the rubber O rings on the end of the cables wouldn't stay put and got chewed up by the bottom pulley withing the first use. Now the washer that cups the rubber ball on the capble rattles around in use.Only happend on one side though.

Its spot on for my needs? Its good quailty, not to big but enough to do what i need. Loving the addition of cable crossovers adds so many more exercises i can do.

I have ordered couple things from bells, equipment is great, some minor dents or scratches but I don’t care, but order came incomplete (sandwitch j-hooks and one sleeve from cable crossover) and even tho I have contacted them couple times and been promised to get missing parts asap (preordered october 2020) almost may 2021 here and still nothing, hate to give complaint reviews but I am a busy man and cant be reminding them about missing pieces every week
