Used by ancient soldiers to prep for combat, the Adjustable Macebell channels your inner warrior while building deep core strength, shoulder mobility, and rotational power.

Unlike traditional fixed macebells, this baby’s fully adjustable (just like our best-selling Adjustable Kettlebells) to save you cash and space.

It comes with six 1kg plates and a simple inner loading system, letting you start light at 6kg and micro-load up to a challenging 12kg.

Plus, adjusting the weights is easy-peasy. Use the included Allen key to undo the bottom screw and remove the bottom part of the shell. Loosen the nut using the included hex nut wrench, then swap whatever plates you need. Simply reverse these steps to reassemble!

The handle diameter is 1.75"/45mm for a solid grip, but it is not so thick that it causes forearm burnout. Plus, the light knurling on the handle keeps your grip safe & secure, so you can keep swinging without worrying about tearing up your hands.
