DELIVERY SERVICES ARE NOW AVAILABLE

Bells of Steel is pleased to provide our very own local delivery service for the Greater Toronto Area. All delivery appointments need to be booked with full contact information and address.

These appointments will take place between Monday to Friday. In the event of a statutory holiday, alternative delivery dates may be arranged.

Additional charges will apply for all services beyond our standard service range. Our team has the right to refuse a service if we cannot proceed in a safe manner. This includes inclement weather and pathways obstructed by hazards such as excess gravel or ice. In the event we have to refuse a service, we will notify the customer to reschedule.

Delivery & Install Sale - March 16 - 29th

  • Contactless Curb-side Drop-off - $99

    • Spend $2,500 and get free Curb-side delivery.
    • After checkout, a booking link will be sent out to you, in which you will select a date and time you'd like this dropped off.
    • Delivery dates and times will be based on our delivery volume at the time of booking.
    • Our courier will deliver to the provided address within delivery hours (9am-3pm).
    • Items will be placed on the property in as secure a place as is reasonable.  Our courier will provide a text and picture of the completed delivery for the customer
  • Carry-in Delivery - $250

    • Spend $4,000 and get 50% OFF
    • Bells of Steel will call to arrange a drop-off within 14 days of your order being placed.  Delivery date and time will be routed based on delivery volume in your neighbourhood.
    • Our courier will deliver to the provided address within delivery hours (9am-3pm).  Our courier will contact the customer when en route (providing approx. 30 min advanced notice of arrival).
    • The customer is expected to be on-site at the time of arrival, if not, our courier will wait 15 min before leaving to complete the next delivery. The customer will be charged a minimum of $50 for a missed appointment.
    • Items will be carried into the customer’s home or garage and placed where directed.
  • Delivery & Install - $599

    • Spend $5,000 get 25% OFF or
    • Spend $7,000 get 50% OFF
    • Select “Delivery & Installation GTA” as your shipping method upon checkout. A representative will be in contact with you within the week to provide a selection of delivery dates.
    • Price is for single-day install. Our installation team reserves the right to send an updated price if your installation project will take more than 1 full day. There will be an additional $100 fee charged if service takes place in a condo or apartment building that requires access to stairs.
    • Please note that our installation service does not include any work that involves drilling, bolting, gluing, or otherwise penetrating or altering surfaces. We will not perform any labour that could cause permanent damage to your floors, walls, or any other part of your home.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND PRICING

  • Equipment Relocation (Post-Install Adjustments) - (minimum) $150

    • Need your equipment moved after installation? We can reposition or
      relocate your equipment for a minimum $150 call-out fee. Final pricing
      may vary depending on the scope of work.
  • Equipment Removal & Disposal - (minimum) $150

    • Upgrading your gym? When we are performing an installation, we can remove and dispose of old equipment for a minimum $150 fee.
    • Please note that we do not disassemble existing equipment.
    • Final pricing may vary depending on the scope of work.

Ongoing Equipment Maintenance Now Available for our Commercial Clients

    • We’re pleased to introduce ongoing maintenance services for commercial customers using Bells of Steel equipment.
    • Regular maintenance helps ensure optimal performance, extends equipment lifespan, and minimizes downtime in your facility.
    • If you’re interested in setting up a recurring maintenance plan, please contact your Bells of Steel sales representative to discuss your facility’s needs.

Bells of Steel is not responsible for any items that go missing from the property prior to the customer collecting. All pathways (exterior and interior) must be free of obstructions for our couriers. Our delivery team will not move or remove any items that may impede access to the site. Our delivery team reserves the right to refuse carry-in if they deem the area inaccessible or unsafe
