I put these on my Rogue ML rack. They work great. They were cheaper then Rogues and work just as well. Can't ask for anything more.

I have a rack from a local company in NJ it's the same dimension as the RML-490. The straps and the attachments fit perfectly. Best priced safety straps around and easy to put o and off. This is highly recommended.
