    Missing Plastic Liners - Disappointing

    I purchased the Hydra version of these safety strap connectors for my Rogue Monster Lite rack. While they seem sturdy enough, I was disappointed to find that they did not arrive with the plastic liners shown in the product photos. This was a major selling point for me and the main reason I chose these over the OEM Rogue version.

    The liners were important because they are supposed to protect my rack's uprights from damage. Had I known these would be missing, I would have opted for the REP version designed for their 4000 series racks. I would have just modified the REP liners to fit my 3x3 uprights.

    Returning these will probably be a hassle and cost a fortune in shipping due to their weight. I'll likely keep them, but I'm posting this review to warn others. If the protective plastic liners are important to you, be aware that they were missing from my order, despite being pictured. This makes them a less appealing option compared to other brands.
