Product Details
If you want bragging rights for having the nicest plates on the block, then these Urethane Change Plates are a must-have.
Due to their urethane construction, colours have more "pop" to them. This makes lettering and numbers appear crisper, adding a noticeable level of professionalism that'll make others go "DAAAAAMNN!"
Urethane is also a much harder material than rubber, so these urethane change plates are a huge step above the durability of rubber bumpers — even our competition bumper plates can't match their toughness.
While they're not IWF-approved, they do check the key boxes to make them great training plates alongside the Urethane Bumper Plates.
Available in kilograms, and pounds for the freedom-unit lovers out there.
IMPORTANT: Not IWF approved.

- TSTyler S.Verified BuyerRated 5 out of 5 stars4 days agoGood looking change plates
No complaints. Good product. Slide quietly onto bars, and drop quietly onto floor mats. Trying to cut down on noise during early AM workouts, since my kids’ bedrooms are right above my basement gym space… these help.
Bells of Steel Canada3 days agoThanks so much, Tyler! We’re glad you’re loving the urethane coated change plates and their quieter performance. Getting your early morning workouts in without waking the kids is a win for the whole household! Quiet plates, strong lifts, and a little extra peace and quiet. Sounds like a solid upgrade! 😁
Yours in strength, The B.o.S. Crew.
- RRossRated 5 out of 5 stars6 months agoBeautiful Plates
I saw these at my local Bells of Steel and knew I needed them. If you've never seen urethane in person, the color really pops. My cheap change plates were scratching my bars, so its worth the money to keep my equipment clean. The only issue with these plates is that you will want to change out all your weights to urethane.
Bells of Steel Canada6 months agoRoss, that is a dangerous upgrade path you are on 😄
Stoked you are loving the urethane plates. That pop of color and clean finish really hits different in person, and even better that they are keeping your bars scratch free. Form and function coming together.
And yeah… once you start, it is hard not to want the full set 👀
Yours in strength,
The B.o.S. Crew.
