Sculpt your arms into a set of triumphantly terrific triceps! Similar to the tricep rope extension, this tricep strap is compatible with any cable machine using a carabiner. And thanks to the open centre hole, you can also use it as a t-bar row attachment!
The webbing features strong stitching and soft padding inside the dual handles. Built specifically for tricep targeting but also works great for hitting other muscles, too. Set your biceps, shoulders, and core on fire with hammer curls, facepulls, and woodchoppers.
IMPORTANT: Requires a carabiner (not included by default) for use on your cable machine.
