This tricep rope extension is a cable attachment classic, compatible with any cable machine using carabiners. The nylon ropes and hard plastic ends are durable and long-lasting.
Plus, the 25mm diameter is comfortable to hold, so you work your tris to failure without feeling like you're holding onto a wet spaghetti noodle.
Built specifically for tricep targeting but also works great for hitting your biceps, shoulders, and core with hammer curls, facepulls, and woodchoppers.
