Isolate your triceps into a set of triumphantly terrific triceps!
This single tricep pulldown rope is spin-off the classic tricep rope extension, compatible with any cable machine using carabiners.
The nylon ropes and hard plastic ends are durable and long-lasting. Plus, the 25mm diameter comfortable to hold, so you work your tris to failure without feeling like you're holding onto a wet spaghetti noodle.
Built specifically for tricep targeting but also works great for hitting your biceps, shoulders, and core with hammer curls, facepulls, and woodchoppers.
IMPORTANT: Requires a carabiner (not included by default) for use on your cable machine.
