The various weight increments accommodate beginners (and kids) up to advanced trainees. And unlike the Mighty Grip Med Balls or Triple Stitched Medicine Balls, they won't bounce back at you. There. We just saved you thousands in dental work.
IMPORTANT: 1-year warranty for home use. 6-month warranty for commercial use. Since they’re used for impact-related activities, it’s normal for Slam Balls to experience wear & tear and eventually need replacing.

I’m thrilled with my Bells of Steel slam balls. The larger sizes are great for doing a floor-to-shoulder lift pyramid. The grip friction is excellent without digging into your skin. I only wish larger sizes up to 125 or 150lbs had been available as these would make for very budget-friendly atlas stones.
