The Leg Extension/Curl Rack Attachment offers a machine-like feel and stability without taking up valuable real estate in your home gym. This beefy attachment has a weight plate capacity of 250lbs and a user capacity of 250lbs.

The Leg Extension/Curl unlocks seated leg extensions, so you can blast your quads but don't forget your hammies! They can be isolated one at a time with standing single-leg hamstring curls for some juicy hams worthy of Sunday dinner. Throw on some resistance bands for tension you can cut with a knife (which we do not recommend).

Choose the Leg Extension/Curl Power Rack Attachment that coordinates with your power rack uprights and hole size.

IMPORTANT: Your power rack MUST be bolted down when using the Leg Extension/Curl to ensure user and equipment safety. For maximal stability, use this attachment on the inside of your rack.

    Solid enough

    I watched a couple reviews before purchase so I had an idea of the cons of the unit in terms of ROM and no tension at the bottom of the lift. Tension was easily fixed by a resistance band to a plate peg. This caused the unit to twist, which was countered with a strap I had lying around for my canoe. This made the platform solid. I do my hamstring curls lying down and had to add a J hook where the adjustment bolt would touch the rack as it would cam over and be stuck at the top, this prevents it from locking out.

    Only negative I can find is the seat wood is weak and starts to bow opposite the plate loaded side (I weigh about 203lbs) otherwise solid piece of kit. Definitely does the trick for small form factor. Yes it’s heavy and awkward, but that’s why we workout, so we can handle heavy and awkward things.

    Nice addition.

    Works great, easy to set up. Great addition for leg day at home. Need to figure out how to attach to my low pulley without the leg roller flipping up. No complaints

    Great attachment!

    Fits my 3x3 perfectly. Super heavy so a little cumbersome if you plan on taking it off/on regularly . Takes a minute to figure out the correct position/height for hamstring curls but it’s a one-time thing. Highly recommend and great price point too.

    leg curl/ extension attachment

    4 star review. the machine almost fits my 3x3 rack from xtreme monkey. the machine does a fantastic job for leg day just add a band to it to create more tension on the down ward portion. it is a solid build and can carry alot of weight. I wish it fit snuggly in my rack I had to add wedges to keep it from swaying.
