Smoother Resistance
Regular bands are jerky, making getting in and out of an assisted band pull up reminiscent of trying to put on skinny jeans. Our resistance bands are smoother and much less snappy, making for a superior (less humbling) lifting experience.

Reversible Textures
One side of the bands is grippy, the other is slippy (technical terms). Use the grippy side for barbell work to keep your band confidently in place. Use the slippy side to avoid an accidental hair removal situation.

Made of an ultra-durable, non-pinch latex and fabric blend with reversible sides-one with extra grip for barbell work and one with fabric for comfortable bodyweight work that won't leave you pulling your hair out (literally).
The fabric blend doesn't peel like traditional bands and is less prone to snapping, making you the star of the next viral gym fail video.

I'm sure that we've all had one of those other rubber-like bands break under load. When it's wrapped high around your leg and you're pulling 100+lbs and it snaps at the inner thigh, it's not something you forget. But the Bells of Steel bands are different, they give me confidence. The resistance seems more linear with the pull, the bands feel soft to the skin, not scratchy at all. The silicone non-slip coating is super nice. Most importantly, I am not afraid of them breaking unexpectedly. They are a little wider than a rubber-like band for similar resistance, but they still fit most handles. For the heavier bands, I bought a couple of rock-climbing carabiners to adapt them to my handles - that works well.

These bands are so much more comfortable to use than the latex/rubber like ones that I had before. I find myself picking them up more often for exercise snacks because I don't have to worry about them pinching skin or pulling out hair. I can exercise more often and with more intensity. I even hung a hook next to my desk so that I can do pulls when taking short breaks from work. Very much worth the purchase.

I have been using the green band for lat pulldowns, high pull rows and tricep pulldowns; I never knew that bands could work so well. Very nice fabric that seems like it'll last for many more reps in the future. Thanks BoS for a great product at a reasonable price.
