Two bolts offer easy mounting, while an inner liner protects your barbell.
The black powder coat offers rust resistance, and the 220lb max capacity can handle your barbell, even if you use it as a makeshift coat rack (please don't).
Hardware included. Check out the Vertical Barbell Holder for an upright-mounting version.
IMPORTANT: If your ceiling is less than 8 feet high, you may find using the Barbell Holder challenging with most barbells — please keep this in mind before purchasing.

Keep your weight plates organized and easy to access with rack-mountable plate pegs.
Get locked and loaded with bolt-on plate pegs (don't worry, these are easy to install and remove as needed). Options range from 5" to 13" loadable sleeves designed to fit Olympic-sized weight plates.
Black powder coat protects your plates while reducing friction for easy loading and unloading. Choose the plate pegs that fit your power rack.
On average, each 13" Manticore peg can fit eight 45lb Mighty Grip Plates or four 45lb Crumb Bumpers. On average, each 5" Manticore peg can fit the following Mighty Grip Plates: three 25lb plates, five 10lb plates, or five 5lb plates.
IMPORTANT: Sold in pairs. Hardware included.

The Utility Horn easily mounts on your rack for quick access to your Olympic weight plates, bands, or chains-whatever you need handy up to 100lbs (or 132lbs for Manticore). It keeps your stuff off the floor to give you more room to smash your goals.
The cotter pin offers extra security and stability while making it easy to move around until you find the perfect spot, and allows you to fit more onto your rack, taking up only one hole on the upright (compared to bolt-on plate pegs, for example, that use multiple holes to mount). The black powder coating offers rust resistance.
As a bonus, you can use it for a step-up to reach the pull-up bar on a rack that's a bit too tall for you, or to help you do one more set of negative pull-ups.
