Ripcords are premium tube bands with a real rubber grip moulded connected to every cord. Nothing to attach, nothing to lose, nothing to regret. You grab it and go.

- Advanced Door Anchor - A soft-foam head that grips anywhere on the door frame: top, middle, or bottom. Set it high for cable pull-downs and face pulls. Set it at mid-height for rows and presses. Set it low for rotational work and upward cable movements. If you've ever been stuck doing only incline presses because your anchor only fits over the top of the door, this is the one.
- Standard Door Anchor - Slots into the side of the door frame for a quick, no-fuss setup. No foam stopper, so it stays in the side of the door where the gap is tight. In and training in under 30 seconds.
- Versatility Anchor - Loops around a rack upright, a beam, a post, a tree or a fence post. Works anywhere with something solid to wrap around.
SEVEN TENSIONS. COLOUR-CODED. Yellow (very light, 3-8 lbs / 1.4-3.6 kg) up through Platinum (ultra extreme, 62–90 lbs / 28-41 kg). Rehab-light to seriously strong, all in the same system.
