Isolate your arms, chest & more! The Aluminum Handles are compatible with any cable machine using carabiners and are excellent for curls, shoulder raises, chest flies, and much more.

The 5.25" wide handles rotate smoothly and the aluminum coating will help keep those pesky rust fairies away. Adjust them to the perfect length using the five heavy-duty d-rings.

IMPORTANT: Requires carabiners (not included by default) for use on your cable machine.

    An improved design with limitations.

    First off, I have to say BOS support was fantastic when an older version of the handles failed. I wasn't too keen on using the same handles again. However, the current version of these are improved and make me confident in using them in my routine. The knurl is noticeably better making it easier to grip. BOS also added some material as a guard against wear and tear on the nylon. I'll probably still get a set of bearing based handles from BOS but I appreciate they improved the product and that their customer support was top notch.

    Must have accessory for the Functional Trainer

    Bought these as an upgrade to the cheaper plastic ones that come with the Functional Trainer. They have a great hand feel over the standard plastic ones and offer just enough grip without being too much to hurt the hand. These handles are a must have to be able to do any king of cross over or fly actions on the Functional Trainer as the stacks will bottom out without the extra length the handles offer.

    Only compliant is these will wear out quickly as the nylon webbing straps rub against the aluminum handles. I started to get wearing within the first week or so and wrapped gaffers tape around the webbing where it rubs on the aluminum to help prolong the webbing. I hope future updates to the product will include adding the bearing to these handles to help with the strap wear.

    Solid and a great buy

    Bought these to replace the plastic handles that came with my functional trainer. The knurling is great, and I love the flexibility of the different lengths. For the money there isn’t a better option out there.
