The Leg Extension/Curl Rack Attachment offers a machine-like feel and stability without taking up valuable real estate in your home gym. This beefy attachment has a weight plate capacity of 250lbs and a user capacity of 250lbs.
The Leg Extension/Curl unlocks seated leg extensions, so you can blast your quads but don't forget your hammies! They can be isolated one at a time with standing single-leg hamstring curls for some juicy hams worthy of Sunday dinner. Throw on some resistance bands for tension you can cut with a knife (which we do not recommend).
Choose the Leg Extension/Curl Power Rack Attachment that coordinates with your power rack uprights and hole size.
IMPORTANT: Your power rack MUST be bolted down when using the Leg Extension/Curl to ensure user and equipment safety. For maximal stability, use this attachment on the inside of your rack.
