SUPER STORAGE EXTENSION
Plates, attachments, pegs, or even pulls - the additional storage section is your ultimate lifting champion. But unlike your last workout partner, it will always be there to support you (thanks for nothing, Achilles).

NO FLOOR BOLTING
The sheer size of this power rack means you won't have to bolt it into your floor (or hire a contractor). The larger contact surface area makes the rack sturdier for racking/unracking your bar, during pull-ups, and when doing dips.

NEVER UPGRADE AGAIN
You know what they say: buy once, cry once. The Manticore is highly customizable with its modular components, so it can adapt with you through every phase of your life. It's the last rack you'll ever need — which takes the sting out of the investment.
Product Details
Like a mullet haircut, the 6 Post Power Rack is all business-in-the-front, party-in-the-back.
Its 1,000-pound capacity outlasts heavy squats, handles big bench presses and withstands chin-ups with 8 kids hanging onto your waist. The uprights measure true 3" x 3" which is EXACTLY 76.2mm x 76.2mm, instead of the typical 75mm x 75mm uprights of other brands' imported racks.
By matching the same tubing specs as many of our American competitors, you can mix and match attachments freely without needing to stick to one brand - hello, open ecosystem! You can even side-mount your 5/8" attachments (as long as they're destined for true 3" x 3" tubing) using the side keyhole slots; perfect if you prefer the more economical Hydra rack attachments, now that's a fairy tale come true!
Built with modular components, so you can expand later or divide it into two smaller Manticore racks to accommodate a new home gym space or team workouts with your swolemate.
Compatible with all Manticore rack attachments, like the hyper-versatile Manticore Lat Pulldown.
IMPORTANT: The Manticore series of power racks are TRUE 3" x 3" tubing with 1-inch holes, so only Manticore attachments & non-B.o.S. attachments made precisely for 76.2mm x 76.2mm uprights with 1-inch holes will fit.

- SSSherman S.Verified ReviewerReviewingHydra Flat Foot Power Rack Builder (3" x 3", ⅝" Holes)I recommend this productRated 5 out of 5 stars2 weeks agoIncredible Rack
I purchased the Hydra rack (84") with feet and the Smith attachment. I initially had some issues with shipping - the rear crossmember was left out of the freight shipment - but BoS made it right immediately. I wanted the flat-foot version so I wouldn't have to drill holes in my basement floor, and I wanted to attach the Smith to the front of the rack, not inside. Through my own confusion, and because the written instructions didn't cover my specific configuration, I assumed more parts were missing and contacted them again. They were kind enough to walk me through the exact process needed to complete my installation, in the way I wanted to build it, and a member of the Parts team was even nice enough to provide written instructions, a link to a video of the Smith being installed on a different type of rack in the same way, and photos of what steps I needed to change from the written directions.
Bells of Steel has a customer for life in me, not just because of the rack's quality, but because they went well above and beyond to help me set up the rack exactly how I wanted.
The rack itself is very, very solid. After assembly, but before building the Smith attachment, I had to move it three inches to get it to where I wanted it to live permanently. It took me ten minutes. I am not a small man, and I am not a weak man. This thing is solid. The rack came together quickly. The Smith attachment was much easier to assemble than I worried it would be, and it's also as solid as can be.…

We bought the Manticore over a year ago now, and we've been SO happy with it right from the start! Easy set up, sturdy construction, and great attachments. Great modular design structure. And I LOVE the numbers on the holes - it makes getting the J hooks even SO much easier!! We bought the extra tall one for our space, and it was a great idea. Highly recommend.
Bells of Steel Canada1 month agoHey Joanne!
Thank you so much for the fantastic review! We are thrilled to hear your Manticore has been serving you so well for over a year. It sounds like you have put its sturdy construction, modular design, and attachments to good use! And we could not agree more about those numbered holes. Getting the J hooks dialed in is so much easier when you can simply line up the numbers. 💪
Great call on the extra tall option too. We love hearing that it was the right fit for your space. Thanks again for the recommendation and for choosing Bells of Steel!

I’m extremely happy with my Bells of Steel Manticore squat rack. The quality is excellent—it’s a heavy-duty rack that is very well put together, with neat, clean welds and a solid, stable feel. It’s versatile for a wide range of exercises, with a large selection of attachments + extra compatibility with other true 3x3 posts. It feels like a rack that is built to last.
The customer service was excellent. I worked with a sales representative while designing and purchasing the rack, and they were very helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the process. I bought a combo with the lat pulldown attachment and wanted to minimize the overall footprint. I also had specific limitation with ceiling height. We worked together to design the most efficient solution. Having someone available to answer questions and help with the design made the whole experience much easier.
Shipping and delivery were generally great as well. I received the full pallet within a week, and everything was wrapped and packaged very well. One box was missing from the shipment, but Bells of Steel shipped it out immediately. Most importantly, nothing arrived damaged or scratched.
Overall, I’m very impressed with both the Manticore rack and the buying experience. Great build quality, excellent customer service, and a smooth delivery process. I would definitely recommend it.

It's especially great to hear that our team could help you design a setup that worked around your ceiling height while keeping the footprint as efficient as possible. That's exactly the kind of problem solving we love. We're also glad we could quickly get that missing box on its way and that everything arrived safely and scratch free.

- RNRolands N.Verified ReviewerReviewingManticore Four Post Power Rack Builder (3" x 3", 1" Holes)I recommend this productRated 5 out of 5 stars3 months agoAmazing piece of kit!
Watched a lot of reviews and compared different options but settled for manticore from bells of steel. I was a bit apprehensive before it arrived as it’s not a cheap piece of equipment but I was set on getting solid, good quality rack.
As soon as it arrived and I saw the solid and really well finished uprights, then started to assemble and saw how good everything fitted together I actually thought this is a bargain for the price.
The thing is built like a tank, lat pulldown is smooth as a butter and smith machine is mint. I mean my house insurance halved straight away cause if the roof caves in this beast will not budge.
And it definitely looks the part as well 😍
I honestly don’t think you can get better for the price 💪👊💪
