Started my home gym because I’m working remotely. Current fitness goals are to drop 20 lbs and start mountain biking again this summer.

Been using 5-3-1 program.

BOS wall rack, Barenaked Powerlifting Bar, 500+lbs of weights, Landmine attachment, EZ curl bar. I want a Blitz Air Bike! My fitness hack is simple, listen to your body this time.. don’t overdo it if you aren’t 100%.
