I purchased the double roller mono lift arms. Well built with great materials. The fit was perfect. Function was what was described and it’s just what I needed for bench presses. The new improved double roller set up is a great thing when lifting very heavy. Roll it right into place. When lifting you can lift straight up and I feel that is better than always having to clear my j cups like before . I did feel as though I had to change the 3 bolts on each end of the mono lift arms because it would catch the weight plates if perhaps you got off center during a lift which sometimes happens when a dominant arm takes over on your set . And when it hits the large protruding head of the bolt it throws off your lift. I replaced them with almost flush button head alan bolts. So now if I get off center it just skins over it does not catch the sharp angles of the bolt head and throw off your lifting momentum.
I believe these helped me increase my bench weight number which I’m extremely happy about.

I love the monolift rack attachment, when I bought it I was skeptical since I’ve never used it before and it seemed more like a luxury than a need. But I quickly changed my mind after trying them. They are amazing I’m pushing heavier than before without needing a spotter. Definitely worth buying for a garage gym.
I did have a minor issue with one of them, one part in the inner part of the sleeve was assembled wrong and customer service was quick to fix the issue. I’m satisfied with the product and the amazing customer service. Thanks again!

This attachment is great. Takes some getting use too for squatting, you have to be careful re racking and not hitting the attachment arms, if you have a lot of bar movement coming up from your squat. I prefer lifting out of my power rack vs my gyms because of these attachments .

These are fantastic so far. They weigh less and are more compact than the ones I'm replacing from another company.
They allow my curved barbell to sit flush for the first time ever! Pic 1
My 32mm squat bar glides with ease if re racked off center. It used to be an awful process with my last set of hooks. Pic 2
Because they're more compact they use holes 4 lower than my last ones. Now I have 3 more incline bench angles I never had access to before
Only modification needed was the sound. I glued a piece of foam under the arm to minimize banging. Tons of travel too pic 3
Still 5 stars easily the best of its kind.
