We get it — shipping heavy gym gear raises some important questions. Here’s exactly what to expect:

Flat-Rate Shipping
: Most orders ship for much less, but no matter how big your setup gets, you’ll never pay over $199 CAD for shipping in Canada. Some conditions apply for rural or Northern addresses.

Shipping Time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 business days (during sales events, delivery may take up to 2 additional business days).

Fulfilled from our Calgary or Toronto warehouses. Local to either city? Pick up in-store and skip the shipping fees!

Returns: All Bells of Steel products are backed by our 30-day return policy. If you don’t love your order, send it back — simple and stress-free.

Warranty & Guarantees

Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each term unless cancelled

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Training App included?

Yes — coaching includes full access to the Bells of Steel Training App. Program delivery, workout logging, 1,000+ demo videos, progress reports, and in-app messaging with your coach — all in one place. No separate app subscription needed while you're a coaching client.

How does form video review actually work?

Upload your lifting videos directly inside the app. Your coach reviews them and sends back feedback — via a Loom walkthrough — with specific cues and program adjustments. Real coaching. Not a generic tip sheet.

How often will I hear from my coach?

You'll start with a kickoff strategy call, then communicate through in-app messaging on an ongoing basis. Your coach reviews your training data and adjusts your plan regularly — not just when you reach out. Exact check-in cadence is discussed at your kickoff call, but typically twice per week.

What if I travel, get injured, or have a chaotic month?

Message your coach — your plan gets modified so you keep training safely and consistently. Chaos week is baked into the model, not an exception to it. If you need to pause your subscription entirely (3-Month or 12-Month plans), contact support to discuss options.

What's the difference between Starter Month, 3-Month, and 12-Month?

Starter Month is the highest per-month cost but zero commitment — best for getting fully set up (intake, call, program, first adjustments) and seeing if coaching is right for you. 3-Month is the sweet spot for real progress — enough time to build momentum and measurable strength changes. 12-Month is the best value and the best results, because consistency is the whole game.

Do you only coach Bells of Steel equipment owners?

We prioritize Bells of Steel customers or those bout to become customers, but if our coaches have open slots we may be able to take you in. Reach out for availability.

How does Couples Coaching work?

Two separate profiles, programs, tracking dashboards, and form video reviews — all managed by your coach. When your goals overlap, your coach can program with that in mind. When they don't, your programs are built individually. Intake and follow up calls will be done together.
