Flat-Rate Shipping: Most orders ship for much less, but no matter how big your setup gets, you’ll never pay over $199 CAD for shipping in Canada. Some conditions apply for rural or Northern addresses.

Shipping Time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 business days (during sales events, delivery may take up to 2 additional business days).

Fulfilled from our Calgary or Toronto warehouses. Local to either city? Pick up in-store and skip the shipping fees!

    Great!

    This fat bar d handle has been a great addition to my home gym. I wanted another option for working my grip strength throughout my workouts and this does exactly what I was hoping for. Definitely would recommend this product.

    Heavy duty D-Handles

    “Wow” That was my first reaction as soon as I unboxed these fat grip d-handles. The fat grip is a nice alternative handle and is great for a good forearm pump. The knurling adds just enough grip. The laser cut logo adds a premium touch. BoS did not cut any corners on these and the in-person look and feel shows it.

    Great Cable Accessory

    I’ve been using this handle a couple times a week to do unilateral lat pull downs and it feels great. The extra effort needed from the forearms to maintain my grip changes the workout in a good way (for my training). Also, the spin in the handle feels nice the couple of times I’ve tried bicep curls.
