Perfect for young athletes and newbies to kettlebell training, this kettlebell adjusts with six 1kg plates for increments ranging from 6kg (with an empty shell) to 12kg (fully loaded, babyyy) for 7 kettlebells in 1.
Crafted like a competition-style kettlebell, the steel shell and iron weight plates keep the internal workings secure, so you don't have to worry about rattles and damage.
And when you outgrow this baby (we believe in you!), you can graduate to the 12-20.5kg or 12-32kg Adjustable Kettlebell. We'll be so proud. *sniff, wipes tear*
IMPORTANT: The Adjustable Kettlebell is a fantastic tool, but it is not recommended when a fast transition of sizes is needed since changing the weights takes 1-2 minutes. If you need two different weights for swings and overhead work, we recommend getting two adjustable kettlebells.

    Perfect kettlebell for my wife

    I bought this for my wife to introduce her to kettlebells. She’s small and just beginning so smaller and lighter is valuable. Compared to a full sized competition kettlebell, it is smaller but still a quality workout tool. Being able to increase the weight will keep her future workouts meaningful and keep my cost low.

    The quality is very good. The two halves of the shell fit together well. There are no sharp edges. The weights are of well formed and fit cleanly on the interior spindle.

    Overall, this is a really good purchase.

    Have to start somewhere!

    Just starting the Mark Wildman program. I have the large adjustable kettlebell. Just too big to start with, I'm trying to focus on my form and technique. So, I got the little adjustable kettlebell to start with, and then I can move up. These are fantastic lifetime investments! Love these kettlebells!

    Cool little kettlebell.

    I just picked this kettle bell up and I like it a lot. Feels like a solid kettle not something adjustable. My only suggestion for future upgrades is that the threaded rod that sits inside and holds the weight stack needs to be protected. The threads get dinged up and that makes the nut difficult to tighten the nut easily. Something like a square thread (acme) might be more durable. Otherwise I’m really pleased with it.
