"I loved the original Arch Nemesis Bar, so I proposed substantial quality of life upgrades that would make it even more accessible than it already is. Namely, the rackable length and the knurling.

This means The Omni Bar fits into more power racks and bench stations, and the tough, yet not overly aggressive knurling ensures each rep feels extremely stable and locked in. 

The increased knurling makes cable machine rows, pulldowns, and all arm exercises more practical to perform as well. Because dropping the bar mid-lift is NOT over 9,000 if you know what I'm saiyan.

IMPORTANT: The Omni Bar’s steel tubing sleeves won't rotate like a traditional barbell sleeve, but they do have a 49.7mm diameter. This means they fit Olympic collars, so specialty axle collars are NOT needed.

    Absolutely amazing addition to the gym!

    I have a high volume routine and I am using this bar for all my warmup sets now. I alternate handles and really get a nice pec.strwtch on those outside handles especially. My 1rm is 85% in the widest handles, here's my day 1 experiment video

    Very highly recommend especially those with joint issues. Although it's a deep stretch it's easy on the body. 5 well deserved stars

    Great bar for bad shoulders, without this I could not bench press any more, rotating your grip takes the pressure off your shoulders!!!

    Good shit.

    I can hit chest, triceps, shoulders, back from different angles. The bar is nice. Very good product and Im glad I bought it!!

    Im old and injured and the bar lets me work around the pain and still have a workout. Good job!

    Excellent Specialty Barbell

    I wanted to support Bald Omni Man for the great programs he has written and was looking for a cambered bar so this made sense. The bar itself is awesome, love the small details that have been thoughtfully included. Great tool to add options to your training, would highly recommend.
