Pretty happy with it. The outer material feels nice and foam is dense. The arch shape feels good and challenges the abs while providing support for other floor exercises. There’s a thin wood backing on the main piece.

I have not used these for sit ups but rather for doing powerband curls. This mat helps when I am lying prone on the floor with my hips underneath the raised part of the mat. It makes it more like I am using a leg curl machine with my hips slightly elevated while I am performing the hamstring curl with the band.
