Flat-Rate Shipping: Most orders ship for much less, but no matter how big your setup gets, you’ll never pay over $199 CAD for shipping in Canada. Some conditions apply for rural or Northern addresses.
Shipping Time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 business days (during sales events, delivery may take up to 2 additional business days).
Fulfilled from our Calgary or Toronto warehouses. Local to either city? Pick up in-store and skip the shipping fees!

These spotter arms are rock solid and give me total confidence training alone in my home gym. The flip-down design is smooth, easy to use, and doesn’t get in the way when not needed. Excellent build quality and exactly what I wanted for safe solo lifting.

I was looking for a good set of flip down safeties for my Rogue FML-6 rack. I did a lot of research on various different companies and although I have Rogues safety straps, I wanted another option. For the price point the fit and finish is on point and I’m glad I made the purchase and would definitely recommend.

I adore these safeties. I have tried the most common style of rack safeties over the years (half safeties, pin and pipe, straps, etc.) on my Rogue Monster Lite rack, and these are by far my favorite. They easily switch between positions in the rack and are rock solid. I appreciate that Bells of Steel added protective plastic to all parts of the safeties that touch the rack as well. My only wish is that Bells of Steel offered them in 24” because that is my preferred rack depth, but I was willing to increase my rack depth to 30” to try them out since I already had the necessary crossmembers.
An obvious upgrade over pin and pipe safeties, but I would recommend anyone using strap safeties to consider giving these a chance and see if they are in line with your gym needs.
