By matching the same tubing specs as many of our American competitors, you can mix and match attachments freely without needing to stick to one brand - hello, open ecosystem! You can even side-mount your 5/8" attachments (as long as they're destined for true 3" x 3" tubing) using the side keyhole slots; perfect if you prefer the more economical Hydra rack attachments, now that's a fairy tale come true! Built with modular components, so you can expand it later with Manticore components into a larger Manticore rack to accommodate a new home gym space or team workouts with your swolemate.

    Incredible Squat Rack

    I ordered the Manticore Squat Stand with 54" flat feet, 84" uprights and 1" standard pull up bar; along with the spotter arms, sandwhich J cup.

    If you are Canadian, you are doing yourself a disservice not ordering from Bells of Steel. The quality of this rack is absolutely-without-a-doubt on par with more renown American brands, for significantly cheaper in terms of both item price and shipping thanks to the Canadian Max shipping option.

    The spotter arms and J cups include magnetic stay bolts which are super convenient and cool, and feel solid under load. The pull up bar width and grip feels perfect during use. My only concern thus far is the sandwhich J cups come with what seems to be a softer plastic than the UHMW lining that the spotter arms use, and has rubbed on to my barbell.

    The squat rack itself is a beast and has minimal movement while even NOT bolted down. The finish of the product is clean and professional, the welds are solid, and the machining of the holes/numbers are crisp. Pair this with the fact BoS purposely designs its compatibility to work with other companies, there is seriously no reason to spend the money to buy American if you live in Canada!
