Flat Foot Length
The 54" length can be paired with the 30" or 24" cross member depth, while the 63" length can be paired with the 43", 30" or 24" depth. Popular combos are 43" with a 63" flat foot for maximum roominess. 30" with the 54" flat foot for maximum stability and minimal space. Or get a little weird with the 24" depth and 54" flat foot. Note that the bottom 43" cross member (included & required for rack stability) is NOT compatible with the lat pulldown attachment.
