Short on height in the basement? Get yourself the 72" to fit like a glove. The classic 84" is the most popular, since the average basement height is 96". Choose the 90" if you've got the height and appreciate doing chin-ups without needing to bend your knees. The 108" is perfect for taller lifters and those who love a commanding look (or if you just want to flex your >10-foot ceiling).

Pull-Up Bar
Straight pull-up bar if you're a no-fuss, straight-to-business kinda person. Double if you like the classic look and fat grip option, plus it's wide enough to go in the middle of your rack without needing a back cross-piece. Multi-grip has the same pros as above, with the added utility of cross handles for even more pull-up variations. Adjustable gives you a little extra variety if you want to move it around for different exercises, or if your training partner is a little on the short (or tall!) side. If you select the double or multi-grip bar in the Choose Your Pull-up Bar step, you can place it in the middle of your rack and skip out on adding an actual back cross-piece. Globe, so many activities... hopefully, you're into rock climbing! Can also be added on the side if you select 43-inches as your rack depth.
