The Smith Machine Rack Attachment enhances your Hydra rack into a high-performance bodybuilding station. With a smooth linear bearing system and 600lb capacity, it supports heavy negatives, isolation work, and high-rep training.
Adjust between straight or angled bar paths to match your natural movement.
The weight stack lat pulldown allows for a seated rows, lat pulldowns, and other cable movements. Effortlessly change the 10lb intervals on the weight stack version, and exceed the 210 pound stack with the weight horns.
