First one arrived missing the magnetic part, but a replacement was eventually sent out, and it does what it is supposed to do. I also like the knurling. I just wish the head also had curved contours to make it easier to grip and pull. But it works as intended as is.

I had issues with my first set of them, i contacted support and they were extremely helpful.
The magnets are great and dont have to worry about hitch pins

Love the magnetic pins. They should be standard issue with any rack attachment. They just work so well. Bought two and use them all the time. Will probably get a couple more.
