Product Details
The heavy-duty Y Dip Attachment easily mounts to your rack for dips, knee or leg lifts, and more. Perfect for blasting your chest, delts, triceps, and core! You can even get creative and use this for neutral grip pull ups and inverted rows when you're short on space or time.
This rack attachment boasts a black powder coat to prevent rust and UHMW lining to protect your uprights and ensure a snug fit. The UHMW-lined Manticore version can be hung vertically on your upright for storage.
Easily install and adjust the height with a simple drop pin. With a 500lb weight capacity, you can throw on a Dip Belt and some Weight Plates for some extra flair.
Choose the Y Dip Attachment that matches your power rack specs.
IMPORTANT: If your rack is not bolted to the ground or otherwise secured, you must use the Y Dip Attachment on the inside of your rack.

Easy build. I'm confident in the build quality. I wish the handles had knurling for grip or a flat edge, as they're slippery at 2" diameter. Easily stores on top of my hydra rack cross-member. End caps are not equally installed, and I can't make them flush with the handles, but I can live with that. I'd pay more for a dip bar with adjustable handles.
It's awesome how versatile this attachment is with the rack, and the BOS video showing exercises with the attachment is great. The pulley system is great with this.

Protection on the inside and on the bottom where it meets when stored
Very comfortable handles
Compact storage
I'm a heavy man and this attachment handles me no probs. Felt great on the hands and my body form during exercise
Moves slightly when I use but not enough of an issue for me not to recommend

This attachment is too amazing. First, the quality of the welding are very good. The handle are big so the grip are very good. Doesn't hurt the inside of the hands. This attachment is not like crap quality from amazon. I'm 240 pounds, and it support me easily.
Since my squat rack didn't come from here, the spacing between the 2 one inch holes didn't fit. So had to do some modification to keep the handle from shaking on the rack. So i got two on inch screw with two nuts welded each side. So now, work perfectly. I added some pictures for you to see the modifications.
Since i ordered a belt squat machine here, i knew that quality would be meet !
