This strongman yoke transforms into multiple tools allowing for more exercises per square foot in your gym space!
The first Yoke seen in Strongman was in the 1977 World's Strongest Man, where a crude, injury-inducing contraption called the fridge carry was used as an event. Since then, it has become a staple at high-level events and local amateur competitions.
Featuring a fully adjustable, extra thick cross piece and reinforced stress points to help prevent bending, twisting, and shaking as you carry up to 700 pounds across your back. The equal distribution of four weight pegs makes the super yoke well-balanced.
Add any of three 60mm j-cup models and spotter arms to create a squat stand for barbell or axel bar work.
A large selection of accessories are available to add versatility and excitement to your workouts, such as lever arms and/or a monolift.
Superior 1" spacing through the bench and pull zone and 2" spacing above and below allow you to select the perfect height for your j-cups for precision lift-offs that can make the difference between a good rep and a superb rep.

Judging by the build quality, I suspect this thing will do well over 700 lbs just fine. We'll find out soon! Only minor quibble is that the square plastic bushing at the top opening of the crossbar (presumably 3d-printed) is a poor mold, and the upright catches on it all the time when trying to assemble the yoke. I'll take a file to it to try and smooth it down a little.
I would love to see BoS come up with a set of handle accessories that bolt in place of the usual uprights--You'd have a great set of farmer's carry implements!

Buying experience was exceptional, easy and straightforward. Shipping was fast and it arrived undamaged. Packaging was roughed up but equipment was unmarked.
It is TALL...I did read the specs but seeing it in person...well, yeah lol. Anyway, this thing is as solid as they come! It is a monster, truly and will stand up to anything you throw at it. The damn bolts holding it together weight in at 10lbs I'm sure lol. It is a beast.
It is sturdy, cross member is thick but very easy to move up and down to where you need it making exercise transition easy and smooth.
One thing to note, the yoke is just that, the yoke; you will need to buy J-cups, safety arms or other attachments separately. Most of mine came at the same time with only the safety arms arriving a few days before.
Overall, amazing product, i am very happy and I can't wait to put it through it's paces.

This yoke is beautifully built and is so much better than the one I tried to make myself. You pretty much can't make a good yoke for cheaper than this, so what are you waiting for, buy it already!!
