Flat-Rate Shipping: Most orders ship for much less, but no matter how big your setup gets, you’ll never pay over $199 CAD for shipping in Canada. Some conditions apply for rural or Northern addresses.
Shipping Time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 business days (during sales events, delivery may take up to 2 additional business days).
Fulfilled from our Calgary or Toronto warehouses. Local to either city? Pick up in-store and skip the shipping fees!

Safety was top of mind for this plyo box. An internal brace and a non-slip PVC layer keeps it stable, while the trimmed corners make accidental misses less painful — allowing you to step, jump, and land with peace of mind.

Versatile Exercises
With 3 heights per box, you can scale every exercise. Can’t crank out more than a few high box step-ups, box jumps, or elevated push-ups? Don’t sweat it, simply flip the box to a lower height and keep going.

No one wants to spend hours assembling equipment, but no-one wants to pay extra to cover shipping either. Don't worry, we found the perfect balance for you. These ship unassembled for lower shipping costs, but go together in 20 minutes.
Product Details
Can't finish your set at the current height? No problem-o, pal. Just flip to one of the other heights and get down with your bad self. This versatile home gym staple has a 400lb capacity and unlocks step-ups, box jumps, incline and decline push-ups, tricep dips, and the dreaded Bulgarian split squat. Lucky you!
We ship these boxes unassembled to save on shipping, but no carpentry background is required to get these thrown together. Grab a screwdriver, and 20 minutes later, you're good to go.
IMPORTANT: The extra-small plyo box (16″ x 14″ x 12″) does not have an inner brace.

Excellent. Box is robust and well built. Assembly instructions lacking so be sure to watch the very good YouTube video including adding the extra screws for the internal brace. Suggest adding another 6 matching screws to the package to be able to do this without rooting around for some matching screws.

I wanted a plyo box for a long time and ideally the padded ones were my top choice.. but they can ring your up a pretty bill. But after seeing the price and reviews for BOS. I decided to get this one. The assembly is straight forward and the box it’s self is great and sturdy. The grip is great.
It would be cool if BOS made a pad attachment one day. But I’m very happy with the product and it’s taken my step ups to another level with the height!! Which is awesome for when I can get back on a plane to go climb some more mountains. Cheers!

The quality of the box is great, easy to put together. The texture on the outside work great for training barefoot.
