Flat-Rate Shipping: Most orders ship for much less, but no matter how big your setup gets, you’ll never pay over $199 CAD for shipping in Canada. Some conditions apply for rural or Northern addresses.

Shipping Time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 business days (during sales events, delivery may take up to 2 additional business days).

Fulfilled from our Calgary or Toronto warehouses. Local to either city? Pick up in-store and skip the shipping fees!

Returns: All Bells of Steel products are backed by our 30-day return policy. If you don’t love your order, send it back — simple and stress-free.

Looking to upgrade your Hydra Rack? Or build your own franken-rack? Maybe even upgrade your non-Bells of Steel Rack that's also true 3 x 3 inch with 5/8 inch holes?

Uprights are the vertical bars that connect the crossmembers of your power rack. They're easy to install and come in different lengths and styles to suit your needs and preferences. They add functionality to your rack by allowing you to mount rack attachments like a seal row pad, lever arms, and more.

The 42” and 60” uprights feature 1” hole spacing in the bench zone for precise adjustments, and 2” spacing at the top, bottom, and sides.

Uprights 72” and taller also have 1” bench zone spacing, with 2” spacing at the top and bottom. The sides feature 2” hole spacing near the top and bottom and 6” spacing through the middle. 

Unless otherwise indicated, uprights are sold in pairs (2 pieces) and do not include hardware. Get your Hydra Hardware here.

NOTE: If joining to crossmembers, two 24mm wrenches are required to install (not included by default). Correctly sized box-end, adjustable & socket wrenches are suitable alternatives.

NOTE: We cannot ship the 108″ Uprights by UPS (ground); we can only ship them via freight. So if you can’t pick them up, they must be part of an order that weighs over 500 pounds to meet the minimum shipping weight requirement, or we won’t be able to ship them to you.

    Upright for BOS Shoulder Rehab Station

    I attached one 84” upright to the back side of my basement stairs to permanently install my Shoulder Boulder attachment, seal row pad, and Ancore trainers on. Now I don’t have to store the shoulder boulder on the floor in a box and can quickly work out my shoulders with reverse flys daily. Trying to get my shoulders stronger every day The 84” height of the upright was perfect to not be too close to the overhead water and gas pipes. I also love how the holes in the upright have laser etched numbers. Much better than having to stencil the numbers on them. Nice touch!

    True 3"x3" for a third of the price of other competitors

    These are solid, and at that price, you can't complain. Love the Westside spacing on the uprights! Truly the best option when it comes to shipping in Canada. These will definitely outlast me lol

    Stand alone rack attachment stations

    Using these to build stand alone rack attachment stations the first one is for the boulder shoulder the next one is for the Mammoth Belt Squat

    I'm going to buy a Rogue chin up bar for the upper crossmember to connect them. Will add a wrist roller and split squat attachments.. Thinking about a third upright so the second and third could have jammer arms and the Bells of Steel Krakens..
