With a 210lb weight stack, you’ll get silky-smooth reps, whether building a back as wide as a barn door or chasing that perfect lat spread. And since this upgrade integrates directly into your existing rack attachment, buying a whole new setup is unnecessary, saving you time & effort.
The upgrade process? Surprisingly simple. Choose the height that matches your Lat Pull/Low Row height (84" or 90"). Then, swap out your old plate-loaded system for the new weight stack components, and boom — you’re the proud owner of a selectorized lat pulldown/low row station!

IMPORTANT: This upgrade is only compatible with the 84” & 90” Plate Loaded Hydra/Manticore Lat Pulldown & Low Row Rack Attachment that mounts onto the Rear Base Stabilizer with a channel bracket and has height adjustment holes at the top of the guide rods instead of the bottom.
