Product Details

The Agility X-Training Kit is a resisted speed and agility ladder system. Footwork hardware AND resistance leg cords in one kit, so you train quick feet AND the power that makes them pull away.

  • Two 9 ft agility ladders → join them into an 18 ft / 5.5 m straightaway, or split for two athletes training at once. Most kits give you one. This doesn't.
  • Resistance leg cords (Yellow + Green) → light (3–8 lb / 1.4–3.6 kg) and medium (14-20 lbs / 6.4-9.1 kgs) ankle resistance that loads every stride, shuffle, and bound. The piece every bargain ladder leaves out entirely.
  • 4 metal ground pegs → the single loudest complaint about cheap ladders is that they slide across the floor and the rungs won't stay spaced. Peg it down and it stays flat and square, rep after rep.
  • 10 cross-training cones → build full SARQ (speed, agility, reactivity and quickness) training courses: cuts, shuttles, weaves, and direction-change drills. A system that makes you faster — not a ladder with a shrug.
  • Packs into one carry bag → two ladders, ten cones, four pegs, two cords. All of it. One bag.
  • What's SARQ? → Speed, Agility, Reaction & Quickness. The four qualities that make an athlete hard to catch and hard to guard. Ladders and cones train the movement; the leg cords add the resistance that turns quick into powerful.

Why a Speed & Agility Ladder?

  • Footwork is trainable → ladder drills build the neuromuscular patterns behind change of direction, lateral quickness, and reactive speed, the stuff that shows up in sport and doesn't come from just lifting heavy.
  • Resistance makes it carry over → unresisted ladder work builds coordination. Add ankle resistance and you build the force behind the footwork.
  • Programming turns reps into progress → without progressions, a ladder is just a coordination drill you repeat until it stops working.
  • Two stations, one kit → coaches, athletes with training partners, and parents with kids can run two stations simultaneously without buying two kits.
  • Built for athletes (youth through adult) → who want to get quicker, more reactive, and more explosive, and who want a complete system with programming rather than a ladder and a bag.

Product Features

  • RESISTED SPEED = REAL POWER.

Strap on the Leg Cords and every stride, shuffle, and bound fights resistance. You're not just training fast feet, you're building the force that actually pulls you away from people. Quick footwork gets you started. Power gets you there first. Every bargain ladder on the market leaves this part out.

  • TWO 9 FT LADDERS. ONE SERIOUS SETUP.

Run them end-to-end for a full 18 ft / 5.5 m straightaway, or split them into two stations for two athletes drilling at once. Most kits hand you a single ladder and call it a day. A two-ladder setup is something only expensive specialty systems match.

  • 4 METAL GROUND PEGS. IT STAYS PUT.

The loudest complaint about cheap agility ladders: they slide, the rungs shift, and you spend half the drill resetting the thing. Four metal pegs anchor it flat and square to the ground, same position on rep one as rep fifty. Train the drill, not the equipment.

Quick feet are step one. Power is what pulls away.

Most agility ladders stop at footwork: shuffle through the rungs, get a little faster, call it a day. The Agility X-Training Kit goes further.

This is a resisted speed and agility training system, built to develop fast feet AND the force behind them. Two things most ladders never bother with simultaneously.

Here's the part nobody else includes. The kit pairs two agility ladders with a pair of Leg Cords—Yellow (light, 3–8 lbs / 1.4–3.6 kg) and Green (medium, 14-20 lbs / 6.4-9.1 kg)—that strap right at the ankle. Now every stride, cut, and lateral shuffle works against real resistance. That's the difference between quick feet and the kind of speed and agility that leaves people behind. Bargain ladders don't come with this.

IT STAYS WHERE YOU PUT IT. The number-one complaint about cheap agility ladders: they slide across the floor, the rungs won't stay spaced, and half your drill is spent resetting the thing. Four metal ground pegs pin it flat and square to the ground; rep one looks the same as rep fifty.

TWO LADDERS. ONE SERIOUS SETUP. Join them for a full 18 ft / 5.5 m straightaway or split them into two stations for a training partner or a full team session. Most kits give you one ladder and a shrug. This gives you options.

Built to take a beating with reinforced rungs, durable webbing, and Leg Cords backed by a LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. Not the thin, snap-prone stuff you tape back together and a seller you can never reach when it fails.

Want to take the resistance further as you get faster? Leg Cords come in five tensions all the way up to Black Sniper (extreme, 30–42 lbs / 13.6–19 kg). Add a heavier cord when the Green stops being a challenge. Pair the kit with the Human Trainer for a full outdoor agility workout that covers speed, power, and bodyweight strength in the same session.

Strap in. Get faster. Leave people behind.
