Flat-Rate Shipping: Most orders ship for much less, but no matter how big your setup gets, you’ll never pay over $199 CAD for shipping in Canada. Some conditions apply for rural or Northern addresses.

Shipping Time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 business days (during sales events, delivery may take up to 2 additional business days).

Fulfilled from our Calgary or Toronto warehouses. Local to either city? Pick up in-store and skip the shipping fees!

    Crossmembers come in different depths, so you can build a bespoke rack for the dimensions of your Lifting Paradise. Stick with a space-saving 24-inch depth, or upgrade to the 43-inch for space gainzzz.

Looking to upgrade your Manticore Rack? Or build your own franken-rack? Maybe even upgrade your non-Bells of Steel Rack that's also true 3 x 3 inch with 1-inch holes?

Uprights are the vertical bars that connect the crossmembers of your power rack. They're easy to install and come in different lengths and styles to suit your needs and preferences. They add stability and strength to your rack, while opening it up to more possibilities for your training. Mount band pegs, utility horns, and other rack attachments.

Unless otherwise indicated, crossmembers are sold in pairs (2 pieces). Crossmembers include all standard hardware (M24 120mm bolts) to connect to uprights

IMPORTANT: Requires two 36mm wrenches to install (not included by default). Correctly sized box-end, adjustable & socket wrenches are suitable alternatives.

NOTE: If you're looking to connect two cross-members to opposite sides of an upright, like for a 6-Post Rack, you need to purchase long bolt sets (M24 130mm bolts).

    Perfect Fit, Clean Powdercoat

    I reduced the depth of my 4-post Rogue Monster rack with four 30-inch manticore crossmembers. They fit perfectly with the included BoS hardware (yes, included, no extra cost). The quality is excellent and I prefer BoS’ matte black finish compared to the gloss finish on the Rogue rack. And I appreciate the numbered holes on both top and bottom crossmembers (I did not have numbered holes on my Rogue top crossmembers). And the value you get with BoS is fantastic, considering the same purchase with Rogue is literally double the cost. Keep crushing it BoS!

    Replacement for Rogue crossmembers

    I was parting out a Rogue rig and needed 2 extra 43" lower crossmembers to make one rig into two racks. These were cheaper than Rogue, and they came with hardware and free shipping, which made them much cheaper than rogue. The powdercoat is just very slightly more charcoal grey and has a fine matte texture as opposed to the smooth satin black of the the rogue crossmembers, but it's close enough that you have to look for the difference to see it. Everything Manticore is imperial measurements so they bolt on pretty seamlessly with Rogue Monster racks. I'm happy. The crossmembers came pretty well packaged also. No foam or padding, but the cardboard box was extra thick and nothing inside was knocking around. No issues with scratched powder coat. This was better packing than other BOS things I've purchased. I would buy these again over Rogue if I needed individual pairs of crossmembers to add onto or change the depth of my rack. Bells does a nice job of being Rogue compatible at a discount.
