Just starting the Mark Wildman program. I have the large adjustable kettlebell. Just too big to start with, I'm trying to focus on my form and technique. So, I got the little adjustable kettlebell to start with, and then I can move up. These are fantastic lifetime investments! Love these kettlebells!

Solid quality and super easy to adjust the weight. Feels good in the hand and you can get a decent workout at home if you don’t have space for loads of equipment.

I had previously purchased three different powder coated Rogue kettlebells for Mark Wildman’s Introduction to Kettlebells program. I did a lot of research before purchasing, as I had never used kettlebells before. However, I really struggled with keeping good technique as I increased in weight, as the kettlebells were not ergonomic and there was a 4kg jump between each kettlebell. Eventually I took a break.
When Mark Wildman revamped his ITK program recently, I noticed that the new program uses the Wildman Adjustable Kettlebell and goes up by 1kg increments every two weeks. I thought that might work better for me and decided to finally take the plunge and purchase the 6-12kg adjustable kettlebell. Am I ever happy I did! The ergonomics of this kettlebell are completely different, and it just feels so much better in my hands. Getting the kettlebell into the proper rack position is now easy. And doing rotational moves like halos feels so much better on my wrists. I am confident that going up in 1kg increments will help me to maintain good technique. After a recent break from kettlebells and am now really excited to get started again.
Note: You may need to add an extra long lever on the end of the Allen key (like a pipe or a wrench) to help get it open the first time. My kettlebell was screwed together so tightly I couldn’t get it open without it.

I bought a pair of 12-20 kg adjustable kettlebells and was contemplating getting the plastic bottoms for them to increase the weight range as well as make them more usable for the wife. I'm glad I decided to get the 6-12 kg instead. This smaller in size kettlebell is easier to maneuver for shoulder rotations, core exercises and one arm swings. The wife finds it easier to hold due to its smaller handle diameter. It was packaged securely and arrived without any damage. The fit and finish is superb.
