Don’t have a 50ft strip of artificial turf? With The Dreadmill, this impracticality vanishes. Crank up the magnetic resistance, lean into the shoulder pads, and just give'r. Keep it short and sweet for HIIT or long and slow for a brutally effective endurance workout.

  • TRAIN LIKE AN ATHLETE

The Dreadmill is your one-stop-shop for training like you’re in the big leagues. With the farmer handles, you can experience hauling up to 330 pounds, or get hands-on practice protecting your quarterback using the sled push implement. Maybe your glory days AREN'T over?

Product Details

The Dreadmill is a lean, hyper-versatile, dread dream machine! This 3-in-1 cardio machine is a farmer walk, sled push, and manual incline treadmill — all rolled into one.

Applying resistance is easy and smooth, thanks to the magnetic resistance lever. By positioning magnets near the flywheel, resistance is generated without any physical contact, ensuring nearly whisper-quiet operation.

Keep it low and light, or crank up the intensity for serious athletic gainzzz. Whether you're warming up, crushing intervals, or tackling endurance training, the Dreadmill's magnetic resistance lever makes it easy to adjust your workouts instantly.

Being self-powered, you’re free to roam away from outlets. Simply lift from the front stabilizer bar to engage the rear wheels and claim a new home base.

The Dreadmill requires very little maintenance aside from the occasional dusting and belt lubricating — don’t mind the jealous looks from your motorized machine-owning friends.

It folds away to save space, and you can even use the farmer walk handles to mimic Lever Arm exercises! Bust out bent-over rows, bench presses, shrugs, split squats,  calf raises, shoulder presses, and deadlift variations.

Best of all, you can get up to speed with all The Dreadmill’s utility in a single workout. Sorry, Wooden Manual Treadmill — there’s barely any learning curve here.

Our next batch of Dreadmills come with a few tweaks from user feedback; upgraded the sled pads to a vinyl covering, increased the overall resistance about 30% and pre assembled the resistance housing for easier setup.

    Dreadmill Review

My experience with Bells of Steel has been extremely positive. Their customer service was fantastic - some of the best I have ever experienced with a company.

The Dreadmill itself appears to be a solid piece of equipment. My review is based on my personal experience of a woman nearing 60 who is no athlete but in reasonable shape. It arrived well packaged and in many parts, but this made getting it to its basement location easier. The deck is heavier than anticipated - a good thing - but I had to enlist the help to carry it. I put it together 95% on my own in a couple hours. It's not too hard to assemble, but again, many parts to connect. Watching rhe youtube instruction video was very helpful! Getting the deck installed took a second pair of hands. This is my first manual incline treadmill so it took some getting used to but it is a very good work out. I needed something to build strength. I primarily walk and I find it great for this - more muscles are being engaged than on my previous electric treadmill and it is more similar to walking outside and hiking. I can also walk backwards on an incline and do sled push. I doubt it is good for running. I mostly use dumbbells for weights so it's yet to seen if I will use the added handles much. All said, for the price and what I was looking for, this is a winner so far.

    Hey Ann Z,

Thank you for the fantastic and detailed 5-star review of our Treadmill! We're thrilled to hear about your positive experience with our customer service — it truly means a lot, as we put a ton of effort into supporting our customers every step of the way.

It’s especially awesome to hear that you tackled most of the assembly on your own and found our YouTube video helpful! 💪

We really appreciate you sharing your perspective as someone focusing on building strength through walking. You're absolutely right — it engages more muscles than a traditional electric treadmill, and that’s exactly what we had in mind when designing it. The fact that you’re already experimenting with backward walking and sled pushes? Chef’s kiss. 👏

    Yours in strength,
    The B.o.S. Crew

    The Dreadmill is Dreadfully wonderful

Have been using the Dreadmill every day since receiving it. My gym partners love it as well. Well built, smooth and silent; it is a new favourite piece of equipment. It is so nice to have an indoor piece of equipment that allows long distance farmer’s walks and sled work, especially as the seasons change into winter months. Good work BoS!

    Dreadmill

I've had the Dreadmill for about a month now and it is one of the best pieces of cardio equipment I have ever used. Great to mimic sled sprints, steady state along with the farmers carry functionality. The ability to vary resistance and incline gives tons of versatility. Overall very pleased with this piece of equipment.
