    Multi purpose tricep whatever bar

    Badass gear again ! I haven’t put the old triangle back in 3 tricep workout days . I been keeping it on and also using it for tricep push downs instead of the small straight bar I usually use . The grip is nice and thick but not too thick to muscle the weight . Good idea ! I’m also gonna use it for cable bicep curls . Looks like a good width for cable upright rows also . Hell there is more like back rows also just thought of that !
