Thanks to the large center hole, you can also use it with a barbell in a landmine attachment! Just slide it over the barbell's sleeve, and position your cable attachments narrow or wide to work your back muscles in different ways.

Meet the multi-tool of cable attachments! We get it. Even the most ergonomic cable attachments can feel off for certain people - this is where the D-Handle Bar shines brightest. It lets you micro-adjust the width, angles, and range of motion of your adjustable nylon handles, rubber d-handles, and single tricep ropes. And thanks to the open center hole, you can also use it with a barbell in a landmine attachment!
Compatible with any cable machine using carabiners, though a 2nd carabiner might be needed to avoid excess twisting. Includes two carabiners. D-handles and tricep ropes are sold separately.
IMPORTANT: D-handles and tricep ropes are sold separately. The powder coat resists rust and abrasion, but it can still be scratched from the metal-on-metal contact of carabiners - wear & tear on the coating is expected.

Love the versatility, got angles 90 grips and also made some 3d printed TPU grips for the top for doing more fixed grip pulldowns/rows.

Very functional piece.
I saw early reviews mentioning low quality and sloppy finish but I was impressed at the thickness of the steel and smooth finish. Only drawbacks are the carabiners are annoying to use as they're quite stiff and the powder coat scratches easily.
Overall very happy with the product for the price.

I bought this to connect two weight stacks of my Inspire FT1 Cable machine. It works very well for that allowing me to do lat pulldowns and heavier rows.
The carabineers are great too, with good action. They seem sturdy enough to last.
Having different attachment points allows me to change my grip connecting my d-rings in different angles, keeping exercises varied and engaging.
I am planning on buying a landmine so I can use this with my mini (5 feet) Olympic bar and get some more mileage out of what is already a pretty versatile piece of gear
