Compatible with any cable machine using a carabiner, it's perfect for lat pulldowns and cable rows. And with the neutral grip handles, you'll never have to worry about inertia straining your wrists or elbows and causing injury. The comfortable rubberized grips are gentle on your hands, in case mountainous callouses aren't your thing.
IMPORTANT: Requires a carabiner (not included by default) for use on your cable machine.
