  • HIGHLY VERSATILE ATTACHMENT

    It features 25 carabiner holes on each side, so you can adjust your cable attachments inwards or outwards by as little as 0.5 inches for an attachment, angle, and width that suits your personal mechanics and preferences.

  • ALLOWS NATURAL MOVEMENT

    Switch between different cable attachments like adjustable nylon handles, rubber d-handles, and single tricep ropes. The 50 adjustment holes let your joints move more naturally and freely, which can reduce the risk of injury and improve your performance.

  • ALSO FITS BARBELLS

    Thanks to the large center hole, you can also use it with a barbell in a landmine attachment! Just slide it over the barbell's sleeve, and position your cable attachments narrow or wide to work your back muscles in different ways.

It lets you micro-adjust the width, angles, and range of motion of your adjustable nylon handles, rubber d-handles, and single tricep ropes. And thanks to the open center hole, you can also use it with a barbell in a landmine attachment!

Compatible with any cable machine using carabiners, though a 2nd carabiner might be needed to avoid excess twisting. Includes two carabiners. D-handles and tricep ropes are sold separately.

IMPORTANT: D-handles and tricep ropes are sold separately. The powder coat resists rust and abrasion, but it can still be scratched from the metal-on-metal contact of carabiners - wear & tear on the coating is expected.

    BOS D-bar

    Thought I would give BOS a go.

    This attachment is now nearly a permanent fitting on my REP Ares lat pulldown.

    I just leave multiple carabiners attached and move different grips depending on what I'm wanting to do.

    Solid as a rock.

    Width is just right for wide grip

    Would recommend to anyone looking for this sort of attachment

    Came in clutch

    I have a smart gym that sits on the floor it’s the innodigym, I needed a way to evenly use it with my plate slinger in my rack to do lat pulldowns. Hooked this up and it spaced the wires perfectly and allowed it to pull using the electronic weight evenly. Great pick up I can even add extras to it for more options.

    Great product and quality

    Adds a ton of versatility to landmine rows! Using with v90 handles for pulling. Holes are 5/8ths so fashioned some handles with some parts from home Depot to turn into handles to use as a viking press! Bells should consider making a handle that attaches to this and sell it for added versatility! Open to chatting with someone at the company on how I made it work!

    Love the versatility, got angles 90 grips and also made some 3d printed TPU grips for the top for doing more fixed grip pulldowns/rows.
