Economical yet effective, the Adjustable Utility Bench is a leaner, cost-effective alternative to the beefy Buzz-Saw Bench or fan-favorite Flat/Incline/Decline Bench.
With a 575lb max capacity and 2.3" thick pad, this basic bench weighs 55lbs, making it easy to move and store while boasting decline, flat, and 5 incline angles to choose from, plus an adjustable seat.
Version 2.0 Upgrades
- Compatible with Bench Attachments using the upcoming Universal Bench Adapter
IMPORTANT: If storing vertically, ensure your floor is level. Uneven flooring may cause the bench to fall when stored upright. Alternatively, use a bench hanger.

The padding is thick and strong; the steel is too. Adjustment range is perfect both for the seat and the back. Fits perfectly within my squat rack. Reasonably easy to assemble, shipped in a strong carton. I’m very satisfied.

This bench is super solid and sturdy. Now I will say you need to be pretty mechanically inclined to put this bench together because the instructions aren’t great but I was able to get it done in about 1-2 hours. Once it was together i was very happy with the bench. I see this lasting me a long time. I’m 5’11 195lbs and it fit me great.

I’ve been looking for a new bench for a while and most of what I found on Marketplace were too expensive for what you get. This bench is fantastic for the price! I think the 500lb rating is pretty conservative as it shows no give with my weight plus the weight I’m pushing.
AND IT’S THE RIGHT HEIGHT! So many benches I looked at were too tall to be useful for me. I’m under 6 feet tall and this allows you to get set up correctly.
