This glute bench is slightly sloped, simplifying the setup for glute bridges & barbell hip thrusts. The short, stable design is ideal for people with short torsos but includes two removable 4" bottom blocks if your torso is longer.
Most important, this hip thrust bench lacks the wobble of a typical bench setup... it's literally got your back(side)!
