A rock-solid light commercial grade powerlifting flat bench at an affordable price, the Powerlifting Flat Bench boasts a beefy 1,000lb max capacity, grippy 4" thick pad, and 3-point foot design so you can tuck your feet and power your next PR.
Beefier than the Flat Utility Bench but not as swole as the Hero Heavy-Duty Weight Bench, this is the Goldilocks of flat benches. Use the convenient handle and wheels to move your bench out of the way when not in use, or bolt it down for extra stability.
The bench frame now includes precision-drilled 5/8" holes, and if used as a fixed bench station, these holes double as sneaky storage. Mount a couple of Utility Hooks along the spine, and voilà — your Loadable Dumbbells suddenly have a tidy little home… They grow up so fast! *sniffle*
It features new premium, stickier vinyl that’s even more durable than the original cover. So go ahead, bench confidently without sliding around mid-set or having your bench pad disintegrate faster than our New Year's resolutions.

I’ve had this bench for just over 3 years and I love it. The vinyl is grippy, the pad is a nice width without being too wide, and the firmness is perfect with a thickness and density that’s comfortable without being too soft or too hard. I prefer the 3 leg design as my feet are never banging off of anything while I’m getting set up for a bench.

Great bench! Slides around a bit when on my lifting platform made of wood. Love that it’s a wide pad but still competition height! Easy ish to assemble with the video, make sure to have a socket set though. Was very disappointed that shipping took so long and the overall presentation.
I ordered the bench from BOS, I ordered a Swiss camber bar from Rep and I ordered a full weight set from StrengthCo all on the same day 3/13. By 3/15 I received the Rep Bar. By 3/17 the StrengthCo plates but I had to wait until 3/24 to receive the bench from BOS. Box was damaged from UPS.
Also the other company’s provided stickers/swag things with the purchase and BOS did not. Ordered a sticker after the fact later and it never arrived at all. Overall happy with the purchase but not the presentation. Even Titan will give a sticker or decal at least; and ship much quicker.
