Viking Press Attachment easily attaches to any 2" Olympic bar and landmine to simplify this traditionally tedious Strongman setup.
Two neutral and two regular grip options provide joint-friendly positions for the wrists and shoulders, and a rust-resistant black powder coat makes it perfect for garage and basement gyms.
IMPORTANT: Please note that the locking screw that secures the Viking Press Attachment to your bar could mark up your barbell sleeve over time.

The viking press attachment is the one implement in a long time that has really kicked my butt! I have had three sessions with the viking press in the last two weeks and it has given me quite a work out. I bought it as a novelty to kinda bring a bit of variety to my workouts but, did not expect this was the one thing I was really missing.

This attachment is built like a rock and allows all manner of holding my landmine perfectly. The tightening knob should be located bit further away from the end. If the attachment snuggles up to the plates, loosening the knob can be problematic. Other than that, great product, thanks for offering.

So far really liking this attachment...opens up some new exercises with my landmine. not sure if the opening is supposed to easily accommodate your head but if so....my head must be big cause it grazes my ears! :)
