Five bands of varying resistance come in a convenient bag for lightweight portability. The bands are color-coded with resistance levels labeled.
These mini-bands are big on durability. They're built from high-grade latex, so they're resistant to breakage.

Great bands! Especially the ones that have more resistance, as most gyms have the lightest resistance. It makes a big differences using the heavier resistance.
