Flat-Rate Shipping: Most orders ship for much less, but no matter how big your setup gets, you’ll never pay over $199 CAD for shipping in Canada. Some conditions apply for rural or Northern addresses.

Shipping Time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 business days (during sales events, delivery may take up to 2 additional business days).

Fulfilled from our Calgary or Toronto warehouses. Local to either city? Pick up in-store and skip the shipping fees!

Returns: All Bells of Steel products are backed by our 30-day return policy. If you don’t love your order, send it back — simple and stress-free.

    The 7mm thickness offers firm support for heavy lifting, so they’re great for any lower-body lift — especially squats, lunges, and box step ups. This way, you can hit your sets at full throttle.

  • SIZING MADE EASY

    Use our sizing chart for how to measure & your recommended size for standard joint support. Size down to get a competition-level of compression that gives a better *BOING* out of the bottom of your reps.

  • COMFORTABLE KNEE SUPPORT

    To put them on, just slide ‘em up! For tighter fits, fold in half before sliding on then unroll once the lower half is in place. Plus, their tapered design means that they’re comfortable to wear between sets.

Getting the right fit is easy: straighten your leg and measure around the middle of your kneecap then use our Sizing Chart to see your recommended size. For a competition-level of compression, just go one size down.
With multiple knee sleeve styles to choose from, you can pick the one that best matches your gym personality.

    Very impressed.

    I've used various knee sleeves in the past that cost anywhere from $60-$120 and these were absolutely top notch. A steal at the price and provide all the support you could want for your knee joints during squats or any lower body movement. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
