Flat-Rate Shipping: Most orders ship for much less, but no matter how big your setup gets, you’ll never pay over $199 CAD for shipping in Canada. Some conditions apply for rural or Northern addresses.

Shipping Time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 business days (during sales events, delivery may take up to 2 additional business days).

Fulfilled from our Calgary or Toronto warehouses. Local to either city? Pick up in-store and skip the shipping fees!

    To put them on, just slide ‘em on! For tighter fits, fold in half before sliding on then unroll once the lower half is in place. Plus, their tapered design means that they’re comfortable to wear between sets.

    Elbow sleeves xl

    True to size 12in elbow. Really tight but have broken in nicely after a couple weeks. Good stitching and look better then just black.

    Glad to hear the XL fit your 12 inch elbow true to size. They are meant to be nice and snug at first, so it is awesome to hear they have broken in well after a couple of weeks. That locked in feel is what brings the support when the weight gets heavy.

    Great support from these sleeves.

    These elbow sleeves are just what I needed. They offer great support when lifting heavy weights. I've only had them for a few weeks, but they definitely seem well-made, and I think they will last a while. Also, just a note, the customer service at Bells of Steel is top-notch. I bought an "M" but found it too small. An associate at BOS was more than happy to replace them with an "L" free of any charges, no hassles.
