On heavy lat pulldowns & rows, connect them using the included cable adapter(s) for a beastly 1:1 ratio. With two ratios in a single machine, you get the best of both worlds — The Kraken's literally got your back (and front, and sides). NOTE: For single-limb exercises under 10 lbs, use both cables simultaneously. For 10 lbs or more, use the cable adapter.

It comes in two versions: Plate-Loaded, where using your weight plates saves you big bucks, or Weight Stack: offering convenient 210-pound stacks for quick, no-fuss adjustments. And with all the time you'll save, you can finally tackle that science experiment growing in your never-been-washed support wear. Sicko.
Thanks to the knurled handle and chrome-coated pop pins, the trolleys are adjustable with a single hand. Using your uprights’ holes for height selections, you can fine-tune the feel of nearly all your cable exercises.
A single cable features a 2:1 pull ratio (10lbs feels like 5lbs), tackling everything from rehab work to isolations. Plus, the cable travel offers uninterrupted focus during sport-specific drills or while getting that joooooicy bicep pump.
Dual aluminum handles allow bilateral exercises from a single upright and when connected with the cable adapter, convert the Kraken into a glorious 1:1 pull ratio — perfect for heavy lat pulldowns & low rows — with no need to buy a separate weight pack expansion down the road.
Safety is no afterthought either — the Weight Stack version features optional shrouds that do double duty: protecting fingers (big and small) AND acting as a pegboard, keeping your cable attachments neatly stowed using their included hooks. This means more family time while keeping your little ones safe… because a home gym shouldn't need a “Caution: Dangerous Sh*t EVERYWHERE” sign.

BoS Rack Compatibility: The Kraken is guaranteed to fit Hydra and Manticore 4-Post & 6-Post racks with a 30” or 43” depth — Flat Foot racks are also compatible, but must be 90" & above and an extra pair of crossmembers are required for the pulleys to clear at the bottom. Not compatible with Folding racks.
Non-BoS Rack Compatibility: You don’t need one of our power racks to unleash The Kraken! This rack attachment’s mounting brackets make it an awesome addition to most 3” x 3” power racks. Plus, we’ve got affordable rack components to bridge any gaps. See? No Bells of Steel blood oath required.
IMPORTANT: Rack must be bolted down for user & equipment safety. Single-sided cable use causes faster wear on the cable & pulleys and can cause cable twisting. For single limb exercises under 10lbs, please use BOTH cables simultaneously. For single limb exercise 10lbs or more, we recommend to use the cable adapter.
